Receptionist at the New Tower Entry Foyer


  • Greet and check visitors in and out via the Visitors & Parent Management System (guest registration and issuing visitor passes etc)
  • Assist with implementation of the Parent ID System (work with the system to produce the parent cards, distribute cards to parents or card replacement)
  • Direct people to their destinations or notify staff that they have visitors (if appropriate)
  • Maintain high standards of presentation in the New Tower entry foyer
  • Be a “friendly, helpful and informative” receptionist and greeting visitors
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or above with minimum 3 year’ experience in office administration and reception
  • Good command in both English and Cantonese, preferably some Putonghua as well
  • Have a strong sense of security access control
  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Pleasant, polite and cheerful personality
