Alumni Relations Officer

The Alumni Relations Officer plays a key role in the day­-to-day operation of the school’s alumni association and in engaging the school’s growing and global alumni community.

Main responsibilities include effective communications through a variety of online and offline channels. The Alumni Relations Officer will help develop strategies to maximise alumni engagement; manage existing alumni platforms as well as work on projects to grow our digital presence; analyse digital content data; promote and develop career development resources; manage the alumni database and plan events.  The successful candidate will be part of the school’s Development and Community Relations team of 9 people and will also have the opportunity to work with alumni board members, current and former students and other school stakeholders. 

Minimum 1-2 years experience in alumni or public relations, communications, media, event planning, education, or other relevant fields. Familiarity with international or independent schools helpful. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, enjoy working with people and be able to think creatively. Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English required.  Chinese language skills helpful.
