CIS offers a friendly and inspiring work environment for over 240+ teaching and teaching support staff, 130+ administrative and building staff in Hong Kong and 40+ employees at CIS Hangzhou.
With a motivated student body and overall student-teacher ratio of under 9 to 1, CIS teachers have the opportunity to practice their craft at a high level and to form enriching relationships with students and colleagues.
CIS staff members represent twenty nationalities, and about one-quarter have served at the school for more than ten years. All teachers and administrators are professionally qualified, with many holding postgraduate degrees. We look forward to hearing from you!

CIS does most of its hiring through Schrole and Search Associates.
Submitting Application
All job descriptions for faculty openings are posted on the CIS pages of the Schrole and Search Associates websites, generally in November. Please use one of these platforms to apply to CIS.
Reviewing Applications
After reviewing all applications, we will make appointments with qualified candidates prior to the start of the recruiting fairs.
