2023-24 School Fees ($HK)

Students admitted to CIS between 2012-13 through 2017-18 had the option of paying the Annual Levy or being nominated under a Nomination Right including a Personal Nomination Right (PNR) or Corporate Nomination Right (CNR).

Option 1: Annual Levy - Non-Refundable 

Students admitted between 2012/13 - 2017/18, who opted to pay the Annual Levy were required to pay HK$17,500 per year.
 

Option 2: Personal Nomination Rights (PNRs) - Pro Rata

The Personal Nomination Rights (PNRs) cost HK$75,000 and was paid upon enrollment to CIS and therefore did NOT confer any priority in the application or admissions process.  The PNR is issued in the name of the parent/guardian of the student and is non-transferable.

Starting in 2012-13, PNRs of HK$75,000 were required for attending the Primary school and a separate PNR of HK$75,000 when entering Secondary school.  Prior to 2012-13 school year, only one PNR was required.

Personal Nomination Rights Redemption 

For those students entering CIS from 2012-13 - 2017-18, the PNR will be reimbursed on a pro rata basis and will only be made at the end of the school year after outstanding fees are deducted from the reimbursement amount.  The reimbursable amount is as follows and applicable to both Primary and Secondary PNRs.

During 7th year until commencement of 8th year	HK$0

A deduction of HK$10,700-$10,800 will be deducted each year.

Required Documents for Reimbursement
1. PNR Certificate - original copy, sent to Business Office 
2. PNR Certificate with multiple holders: confirmation letter signed and dated by all PNR holders 
3. Redeemed amount will be refunded to the holder name(s) as issued on the PNR certificate


Donate Remaining PNR
Upon leaving CIS, some families choose to donate any remaining PNR redemption amount to the school. This is easy to arrange and gratefully appreciated. Please contact the Advancement Office at (852) 2512-5882, advancement@cis.edu.hk for more information. A receipt will be issued for a cash donation.

Students may be nominated under a Corporate Nomination Right (CNR) which provides applicants top priority in the application process, however holding a CNR is not a guarantee of admission and  all students must be assessed and meet entry criteria to be admitted to CIS. 

Please note that at this time, there are NO new CNRs being issued by CIS.
