The afternoon session of the Workshop was focused on Hong Kong's fishing industry. Two local experts, Dr. Y. M. Mak of the HK Agricultural, Fisheries and Conservation Department and Mr. Eric Bohm, CEO of World Wildlife Foundation, gave background talks about the local conditions. Afterwards, students were challenged with: "What can we do as consumers of fish to support sustainable fisheries?". The results from the activities are published - follow the above links to them.
