All CIS Community Event – “Walk for Change” Global Day of Action in support of the Copenhagen Climate Change conference December 12, 2009 Back to Main Page
As part of our campaign to raise awareness within our school community on climate change issues and specifically the Copenhagen Conference
of 12- 15- 09, the CIS Green Dream Team organized and led their
first neighborhood initiative, involving CIS the
Japanese school and residents of Braemar Hill to “Walk for Change”.
Below are photographs from this event where over 150 participants took time out from their busy schedules to show that they support positive actions toward global climate change and local air quality issues.
