Tung Ping Chau
      September 16 - 19, 2009
       IB Diploma Geography
      Student Field Work

On September 16 - 19, 2009, 14 students and two teachers carried out two investigations
on the Island of Tung Ping Chau:  a Coastal Processes Investigation and an Eco-tourism Investigation.
It's fantastic to see the students co-operate in this outdoor classroom:  setting hypothesis, collecting data and
eventually analyzing their results and presenting them as a final report. The Eco-tourism reports will be
presented to the Agricultural Fisheries and Conservation Department to develop discussion on issues of rubbish and
education which are affecting this unique island.
